Terms of Service

Shield & Shine Solutions provides mobile property and asset services throughout Central Florida, including:

• Mobile car detailing (exterior wash, interior cleaning, full detail)
• Property cleanup and yard maintenance
• Grounds litter patrol and trash services
• Move-in / move-out cleanup
• Pressure washing (driveways, house washes, patios)
• Property inspections and vacant property checks
• Recurring maintenance plans and memberships

All services are mobile — our technicians come to your location. Service details and pricing are listed on our booking page.

Services are booked and paid for online through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. By completing a booking, you agree to the following:

• Full payment is collected at checkout. Your service is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• All prices listed are in USD. Applicable taxes (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
• Receipts are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

• 24-hour cancellation: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund.
• Same-day cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
• No-shows: If our technician arrives and cannot access the vehicle or property due to circumstances under the customer's control, the service is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

Outdoor services — including pressure washing and exterior detailing — may be rescheduled due to severe weather (heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions) at no charge to the customer. If this occurs:

• You will be notified same-day as early as possible
• We will work with you to find the next available appointment
• No cancellation penalty applies for weather-related rescheduling

Shield & Shine Solutions operates in Central Florida, including the greater Orlando metro area and Brevard County. If you book a service and we determine your location is outside our current service area, you will be contacted promptly and issued a full refund.

To ensure a smooth, efficient service, customers agree to:

• Vehicle detailing: Have your vehicle accessible and parked in an open space (driveway, lot). Keys must be available. Remove valuables and personal belongings from the interior before the technician arrives. Provide gate or access codes in the booking notes if applicable.
• Property services: Provide access to all areas to be serviced (unlock gates, disable pet barriers, clear the work zone). Include any access codes in the booking notes. Remove obstacles (furniture, toys) from target areas when possible.
• Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, offer a re-service or refund.

Shield & Shine Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, property, or personal belongings. To protect both parties:

• Our technicians photograph the vehicle or property before and after every job
• Pre-existing scratches, dents, stains, damage, or conditions will be documented upon arrival
• Claims for new damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and will be reviewed against our before/after documentation

Shield & Shine Solutions carries general liability coverage for active services. We are not liable for damages resulting from customer-provided access issues, pre-existing conditions, or acts of nature.
