THE VISION
Commercial Headquarters
The long-term vision includes acquiring a commercial property — a full-service Shield & Shine Auto Spa & Property Services Center, built on the model of a converted car wash facility. This would serve as the regional HQ for operations, training, and the auto spa division.
Franchise Potential
The multi-division model is built to franchise. Once operations are systematized and proven in Central Florida, the Shield & Shine brand can expand to additional Florida markets and eventually nationwide — with each franchise carrying all 5 service divisions under one roof.
Recurring Revenue Base
The business model is designed around recurring revenue — weekly and monthly service plans, commercial contracts, and membership plans that create predictable, consistent income alongside on-demand bookings.
